An electrical planner designs a building’s entire electrical infrastructure: power supply, lighting, security, communication and building technology. For new builds, major conversions and commercial properties, this saves you money, avoids mistakes and gives you a future-proof installation.
In Switzerland, the Low-Voltage Installation Ordinance (NIV) requires periodic inspections. For residential buildings the interval is usually 20 years; for commercial, restaurant and accommodation businesses it is shorter. The grid operator will ask you in writing to arrange the inspection.
A safety certificate is also required when ownership changes if the last inspection was more than five years ago. We are happy to advise you and organise the inspection together with our licensed inspection partners.
In many cases, yes. Modern modules work very efficiently in the mountains too, and a heat pump, battery storage or EV can significantly increase self-consumption.
